Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. 

You will receive an email when your package has been shipped with tracking information.

Once postal service has possession of package, we have no control over it.

Effective August 29, 2025 items shipped from Scaled Supply are subject to International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) tariff rates based on the product’s country of origin. Customers purchasing from the United States will be responsible for paying duties.
